Ahhh this is a tricky one...
I am generally fond of humans but I don't think any of us would be able to handle a superpower well... Our nature is egocentric in my opinion and in this world whenever something/one would threaten you and your inner circle, most of us would abuse said power....
Okay now that I got the grim part out of the way, let's choose happiness 😂😂😂.
Out of your choices I would go for flight!
I mean, I would be my drone 😂.. I could travel, I could see things I would otherwise not have... I could even start connecting with birdies 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️, the possibilities are endless 😂.
If I have to choose one to add, I would say time travel... I would literally explore other time periods, other civilizations, other countries.... I might even bring my camera on the downlow 📸😁😁😁.
The biggest challenge of course would be to not change anything, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there!
Flight would be awesome, just keep an eye on air traffic... sure to be soon!
Being with the birds, having a bird eye-view over mountains, rivers could be great adventure..
His own method of flying will be quite different from the beds. This means do you want to be traffic on his way travelling or flying.
Play dodgems in flight path could be fun, all depends on how high he goes....

Dude! I'm with you on both. Flight would be so cool and the power to time travel? If I could do that I'd be a happier man. I know where I'd go and how often. Of course, changing the course of history is an issue, but with time travel one could simply go back and have another try right ?

I couldn't agree more with you! Here a lot of people like to line up even prior to covid times. The lines would extend to parking lots sometimes and as much as I appreciate the patience people have to do that, it can get very annoying when you want to complete one simple errand but the lineup prevents you from doing that since people are in line for some limited edition item.

I'm an avid amateur photographer, and I can safely say that I would to be able to fly if for no other reason than to take some interesting drone-like photos, too! That would be great fun!

That's a tough one. I think I would go back in time first but have invisibility so we don't screw shit up lol. I want to see a fair amount of things in the past. Semi-recent but also long past. There have been a few scientists lately that have come out with convincing evidence that dinosaurs lived 20k-40k years ago but lost their entire careers over it and the community not wanting to accept the alternative theory. I’m interested in stuff like that!

Interesting enough I picked a similar yet not the same super power. I was thinking about the super power of adopting any skill and excelling at it regardless of how complex it is in a short amount of time. It matches the efficiency and effectiveness perspective. I added one condition to this though..it has to be used towards helping other people achieve similar results as well as volunteering based initiatives.
After reading your response, I do agree that being calm and doing what you can should not be dismissed. I have seen some people glorify excessive amounts of working but they don't understand the long term health effects of this approach. Slowing down doesn't mean stopping altogether.

Of the three choices, I would like strength. I know what it is like to have none to be reverted back to a two year old when they are first learning to walk. The struggle to get up off the floor really sucks.
Now the super power I would want would be able to go back in time to watch and to relive those special times. Like that time it was raining like hell with some small hail splashing off and dancing along the boards of the deck, watching the stray one bounce on and then off the deck rail. The gentle splish splash drip on the deck boards countered by the pounding rat-a-tat-tat bam-ping-ping of the hail on the tin roof top, while the fat drips from the rib-eye stake and sizzles small flames up from the pit of the bar-b-que. The smell of the cooking rib-eye countered by the ozonish smell of the small thunderstorm. The sound of the beer fizz as I tip the bottle back for a nice deep swig...The super power to go back and re-experience things and moments like this, I think would be great.

Imagine having super strength and being able to carry a house with just my hand!, Or being able to fly, it would be great to see the city or better yet the world from above. Although I am very tempted to have the power of invisibility! Can you imagine how many private conversations I could listen in on? hahaha the things I would find out.
But there is a super power that calls my attention and I would like to have: telekinesis, the ability to move objects with just my mind, I am convinced that our mind is very powerful, what happens is that we have not learned to use it in 100% of its capacity. Maybe in the not too distant future we will be able to move objects just by thinking about it, just by wishing it. In the fantastic everyday world we encounter tasks that we do not want to do, for example carrying the shopping bag to the house is something that often becomes exhausting. So it wouldn't be a bad thing to have some extra help. Just by thinking about it, the bag would move or float with me, without the need to carry it! hahahaha I know that with this super power I won't save the world, but my back would thank me... although thinking about it, a super strength would also help me. What a dilemma to choose a super power!!!!

I often dream of having superpowers - either super speed (like the Flash) or flight (like any of the numerous heroes who can fly). The thing is, whenever I try to use them (in the dream) they always end up failing, and I either end up running Six-Million-Dollar-Man slow motion, or 'fly' at about a height of three feet, and then keep going down. I have a large tree in my yard that needs to come down. I've received quotes for between $4,000 - $6,000 to do it. Dayum. I look at it and cant help but think that if I just bought a $50 tree climbing harness, I could climb that beast and take down all the limbs on my own. The angel on one shoulder warrants caution. The devil on the other, though, suggests that it's a mighty fine idea.

Yep, I think the angel on my right shoulder is actually winning out on this one; the tree will wait for someone with the equipment to do it. I do think, however, that I'll have them leave 8-10 feet of the trunk to build a treehouse on. That I can do. Mostly safely, too.
Just the pride...The rest healed up. I learned a lesson though...Don't clean the gutters, pay someone else to do it.
It's a big tree and best left to the experts. I've taken down trees, started on chainsaws at the age of nine, but I'll say that none have ever been taken down 100% safely or properly. That's why there's people who specialise in it. So that people don't die or lose limbs.

Within your choices I would go for flying, although it would be for emergency use, it would really be better teleportation, without the effects of vertigo to which I can be subjected in the air.
If I could add, I would be satisfied with 2 superpowers, invulnerability because I don't like any kind of injury that makes me feel bad physically and having the superpower to put people on mute or pause, some people get tired!

Wooww imagine visiting the dreamed places just by wishing it! Without wasting time on long trips, it would really be wonderful. The first place I would go would be to see the best Northern Lights (for me) in Sweden and Norway, and then if I get lost in the best beaches in the world.

Super powers would be a lot of fun. It’s a little tricky to choose one of those three but I think as much fun as it would be to fly, I would have to go with invisibility. It would be complete invisibility to infrared stuff as well because nowadays you can’t get past a lot of stuff with the increase in technology. I think one of the things I would do with the invisibility is just sit in on some of the closed room meetings that these rich crazy people have to see what they are planning and if I can foil their doomsday plans. We need someone on our side doing that! Lol.
For a super power not listed here hmm.. I think I would go with strength-regeneration combo like Wolverine. I guess that would make me live for hundreds of years but maybe that would be okay. I hope I don’t get bitter like he did but I think I could do some really interesting things with that while still being able to break shit down that needs a correction! Hopefully the noblest of ideas like this don’t always turn out to be far more insidious than it’s thought to be. That would suck lol
If I was invisible I'd make my way into certain places and administer slaps to the back of the head of some of those powers you mention every time they come up with a stupid idea. They'd get the picture pretty soon and start making better decisions...Or things would escalate.

Well, we all know my previously well documented super power: The ability to direct and control the weekend. Since my retirement, the weekend starts when I say and does not end until I say that it might. A marvelous super power to be sure.
What could I wish for to accompany this wonderous power? I believe it would be in the form of an 'aid and comfort' gun. Point it at somebody that is suffering or is bewildered by life and they would instantly be able to move on.

For me the greatest super power I have is the mind, when I want something, I just have to think about it, from there I plan strategically how to achieve what I want without limiting myself to anything to make it happen, of course as long as it is in my hands. Hi everyone! I actually think I would go for strength as a super power! Would be lovely to get through life effortlessly. food shopping for the week? Oh let me pick that up with my pinky. Cycling 20km to and from work every day? Ah no problem, I get there in 10 mins without breaking a sweat... Sounds great!
I would definitely not go for flight as I am terrified of flying/heights so that would not be an option haha. And invisibility sounds cool, but I love hanging out with people and being social and I think invisibility might not combine well with teaching either....
If I could choose my own superpower though I would for sure go for teleportation though! Lunch breaks on Bora Bora, having a weekend trip to South America and get back all refreshed in time for work. And it avoids flying which I hate and is bad for the environment!

Few years ago I would have picked Flight( or better yet Teleportation) that way even naive broke guy like me could have been able to reach Hivefest. But that ship has sailed... I no longer have dreams as crazy as back when.

My exact reason for choosing this nature of superpower. You know, it will help to about trouble and disaster and detect evil happenings and possibly put a stop.
Plus you can also decide who wishes well for you vs who does not. A lot of people can be wishy washy and sometimes they want to take advantage of the perks that come with being friends with someone and that is not genuine at all.
With this superpower, you will be able to stay away from those types of people and instead give time to the better ones. Saves time and energy.
That will go along way in helping other and keeping the society too. Like Voltron, I will be at the right places curbing crimes that could affect the lives of people.

I love - and think I exhibit - phenomenal strength. As a mom, as an entrepreneur, as a white woman in Asia, as a relentlessly optimistic person in a harsh and sometimes dismal world. Honestly, there is nothing purer or stringer than a solo mama, fighting for her Bear Cub.
But I would dearly love to add the Super Power of foresight. So I could be a little bit choosier about which battles I bare my teeth for, and which ones - in the great scheme of things - are better dropped like stinky day-old-no-longer-fresh salmon.
Super powers, to me, need perspective. And the perspective I'd dearly like to give mine is the perspective of relevance to the bigger, long-term picture.

Gosh I could never do this as a kid. My mom was heavily neurotic and would go into an absolute panic. I once went and told her I was going to go visit a friend and 2hrs later when I arrived home she had gone to the police station and reported me as a missing child because she didn't remember me telling her.

After looking at several responses Mr.English, it was hard to pick one superpower. At first I wanted to go with strength both in the physical as well as mental, emotional and spiritual sense. Then I thought about the superpower of excelling at skills regardless of how complex they are in a short period of time.
I finally decided to stick with the second superpower I mentioned. I would use this to help others achieve a similar effect. I would perhaps end up becoming a teacher and volunteer just to be able to spread and share the things I managed to excel at. It will no longer be used for just an individual purpose but for the purpose of helping others as well.
I do see some cons with this superpower as well such as not appreciating the journey anymore towards becoming better at something.
Definitely. Greed may set in as soon as such power becomes prominent. Getting to help people achieve their desires is a good idea to utilizing the power you possess.
It is appreciable that you considered everybody first before yourself. That virtue is scarce in society of today. People will rather think of self first before others.
