Yesterday was a very exciting day. @manujune had been invited to an important radio station for an interview on the "Kiara and Rafa" show. Kiara was a very famous singer and actress when I was a teenager and Rafa was a popular actor. After the interview @manujune gave to Esteninf Olivares more than a month ago, other media personalities have shown interest in her story.

The show lasts 2 hours and @manujune was going to be introduced about half way (at about 1 pm). I had not felt so nervous in a long time, but I had to appear to be cool.
I could not imagine how she might be feeling. I guess artists get used to it, but I know that for her all this is new and she gets stressed about things being perfect.

Walking back and forth did not help, but I could not stay sitting in that cold waiting room.

For some reason, the show hosts went over the agreed time and we were asked in more than 30 minutes after the hour.
That delay shortened @manujune's air time, but everything went very well. She will tell you details in her blog with pictures and videos of the interview.

We left still in shock. I had met Kiara, she loved @manujune, my wife had met a soup opera actor she used to like. It was just amazing. We were not worried about the impending rain. We had even forgotten we had not had lunch.

I thought we were going home, but there was another commitment pending.

As always, I tried to document any curious sight on the road.

We walked down a few block until we got Francisco de Miranda Av.

We took a bus to La Candelaria. @manujune had to meet a sound engineer who offered to help her record one of her original songs.

We arrived just on time (the meeting was schedule at 3:00 pm).
This young man was very nice and helpful. He had edited the Zoom interview @manujune gave to a Venezuelan doctor living in Germany. They talked about their technical things, juggled some ideas, then we talked about how all these people' lives crossed paths. They had a lot in common and unfortunately, tragedies and life challenges had somehow put them together.

After some preliminary agreements, we had to leave. One of my wife's cousins sent her some lunch money for us to celebrate what undoubtedly had been a very productive day.
We went to a nearby pizza restaurant and had a very late (for us) lunch.

We took a bus back home. We were tired, excited and somehow sensitive to all these emotions for things done and unfinished projects to do.
So nice to read about your busy but productive day! It's always exciting to meet with a celebrity. I wouldn't be surprised if @manujue's celebrity status rises quite high in the future. She has a great story so far and many more exciting chapters to come!
Absolutely. We are all rooting for her and hectic uncertain as celebrity life can be, she is starting to taste what it could be like. Hopefully, she will get a chance to develop her talents and materialize all her projects.
In the meantime, we are encouraging her to just enjoy the ride.
Seeing a celebrity is really an exciting one. And beeing invited to one where celebrities are present is the most exciting one. So happy for you all ┏(^0^)┛. The walk outside sounds fun as well (ʘᴗʘ✿)
Thanks. It is an exciting experience indeed.
It was a great day friend @hlezama, I can imagine the nerves for the interview of our dear Kiara to @manujune I can understand you perfectly and also know that as parents we must be strong to be able to transmit to our children security. I hope everything goes well with the advice of the sound engineer and the song that @manujine wants to record, how nice. And the best of all came at the end with the pizzas to close such a productive day in every way. How nice that you are able to accompany your daughter in her activities and support her. Thanks for sharing your experience my friend. Greetings and Blessings.
Thanks, @floreudys79
Show business and public relationships can be glamorous but also stressful. She chose the artistic patch and now we have support her and adapt to all it requires. Meeting famous people is a good perk😄
Have a great day
Sounds like an exciting and exhausting day. It's great that @manujune is having these opportunities, and so good of her parents to accompany her.
Yes, it was a day to remember. Things in life (good or bad) come in waves, so we are enjoying the ride. 🙂
Thanks for stopping by🤗
