Hello, Hivers! Good day! @itsmemic , once again.
It was after my duty when I went out.
That morning, my mom asked me what time my shift ended since sometimes I get home late. I told her I’d be done around 6 PM because we weren’t that busy at the office. It just so happened that the birthday celebration of my mom’s friend’s child was also at 6 PM.
Her friend used to be her coworker and is still a close friend from her teaching days. Their bond is strong, so my mom always gets invited to her son’s birthday parties.
Arrival at Jollibee
When I arrived, my mom had already bought a gift, and we headed to Jollibee, which had two floors. I was hesitant to go up to the second floor because there were yellow chains blocking the stairs. But my mom insisted that the party was upstairs, so I continued, hoping that everyone were there.
Just like other stores, the place had Christmas lights, and it really gave off that Christmas vibe.
The Party Setup
When I got there, there weren’t too many people yet, and most of those on the second floor were guests of the celebrant. The party was being held in the designated party room, which was decorated and has giveaways and other items.
The giveaways included boxes of toys, pencils with Jollibee designs, boxes of candies and many more.
Meet the Celebrant: Kailer
As you can see, the celebrant’s name is Kailer. The party room was filled with balloons, including two balloon arches. One arch formed a doorway that was perfect for the celebrant to sit under, while the other was a simple column arrangement.
Here’s a closer look at the balloon clusters hanging from the ceiling. There were also small cutouts of toy cars hanging beneath the balloons. From here, you could also see strings of Christmas lights outside.
The Party Theme
These were the birthday hats available for children and adults. The hats were adjustable and had a red design with a black-and-white checkered visor.
As you can tell from the pictures, the theme of the party was all about cars and racing. This was evident from the balloon arches, toy car cutouts, and the racing-themed birthday hats. It’s clear that the birthday boy, Kailer, loves cars.
Capturing Memories
After taking some pictures, my sister and I went outside since my mom was still sitting with the other guests -her close friend. I didn’t miss the chance to take some shots by the window area.
