Working on the weekend and finding comfort in the Cafe

We worked the whole day that one Saturday, conducting a facilitation seminar for children. It was a tiring day, which is why we went to a cafe to relax and enjoy some good food. It was also our time to unwind, as we had worked overtime, and having good food and engaging in conversation felt like therapy for us.

We visited The CupSawi, the hideout of those who gave up on forever. The place has a unique style, with each table decorated with mini notes about heartbreak and lovelessness. You can enjoy coffee, cakes, and other meals while engaging in conversations with your friends. I came here with my co-worker, and we also ordered salads, as I only eat vegetables. The experience here was fantastic.

In the café, there is one table with a note that says, 'Table of the victims of a week-long love.' My coworker and I made fun of it, joking that this was our table since we've also had our share of week-long romances...hahaha. It was quite amusing to reminisce about those memories. As we looked back on our experiences, we discussed them more maturely and learned from our past encounters. Sitting here and talking about life experiences was truly relaxing.

The other table has a note that says, 'Reserved for someone who is having difficulty letting go of the past' and 'Reserved for someone who gave way.' The notes are very clever, allowing customers to choose whichever one they prefer.

They also offer cakes with heartfelt notes, and they look delicious, especially the 'Blueberer than Blue' cake. As you can see, there is only one slice left, and it is their bestseller. I will order that one when I return to this café. Finding a relaxing place like this to unwind after a weekend of work and have meaningful conversations with coworker is a great way to wrap up the week.
