Hi weekend fam, These past few days we have been experiencing non stop heavy rains and now finally the sun comes out from hiding. It's so nice to see the sun again because the weather is very hot. Lolz
As the news said yesterday, Sunday will be a sunny day so we planned that we might have a short trip to Baguio City or others. It's a “City of Pines” . I am so excited because it's been a long time since we last went to Baguio City. I already prepared my OOTD for that day and since that's a cold place I also get my hoodie.
To get there we rode a Victory Liner Bus, while on the way we experienced some traffic because of some minor landslides caused by the heavy rains. It's almost lunch time when we get there so we decided before we stroll around we will have our lunch first .

We spent our lunch at sizzling Plate Baguio. The restaurant serves different kinds of steaks. We ordered T- Bone Steak. Their service is good and the steak sauce is perfect but it disappointed me with their steak because some parts are tough to cut so my mom didn’t enjoy it because she cannot eat the meat. In another, we still enjoy the dine experience at this restaurant.

After we ate we were now fully recharged and decided to go to Camp John Hay to visit the Secret Garden (influenced by tiktok, lols). As we are not familiar with the place the taxi driver just drop as into the entrance as we expect that were the secret garden was unfortunately its not. So we walked again up hill, ohh my ghad it's really true the scam of Baguio “malapit lang walking distance” or english”just walking distance”. We were half away and all of us were already tired. Then we see this.

Our fatigue disappeared immediately. We just sat under the tree, took some pictures and we walked again. Finally we arrived. There is an entrance fee, for regular it costs 1.46$ or 85 pesos and if you are student 0.86$ or 50 pesos only . So many attractions inside they have Bell House, Historical Core, History Trail and the famous secret Garden.

First stop is the Bell House

Second is the Secret Garden

After that we went back to SM Baguio to have a short snack there and buy a new phone for my brother which is our main agenda for today. . He chose the Redmi Note 14 5G which cost 293$ or 17,000 pesos. We know that this is too expensive to buy but I am sure that my brother deserves that phone as he does his best all the time to become an academic achiever.

Before going home we buy pasalubong, their famous strawberry jam and Lengua de Gato. I am so tired so I ordered a milk tea on the way and drank it inside the bus, and that is for now Happy Weekends everyone !! See you again into another adventure

Nice report. I really like the secret garden pictures! I jad the chance to visit Baguio City in 2005. It was an interesting trip, quite a culture shock for someone from America.
Visit Baguio again next time, their is more tourist attraction opened for you to visit😊
