And that is what you do.. You work out events with volunteers while we all know that is a b*tch to organize...And you pull it off....to give everyone a nice day..

Sometimes I feel it is a little easier than working with regular volunteers. The motivation and goals within the Ukrainian group are aligned, which surely helps reduce the intensity of the extra training.

It's mostly team building activities, workshops to come up with creative ideas, and a loooot of teaching about local nuances, customs, and how things work.
