¡Hola amigos de Hive! ❤️ Espero que esten bien y que hayan tenido un maravilloso fin de semana. Por mi parte el viernes y ayer estuve de visita en lo de mi hermana, estudiando un poco y también descansando.
Today Sunday I was invited to my friend's house for lunch. Yes, before we met on Saturday nights to party until the wee hours of the morning, now we meet early on Sundays to eat and have some wine.
My friend has his special recipe that he always wants to impress us with: "baked noodles".
Hoy Domingo fui invitada a la casa de mi amigo a un almuerzo. Sí, antes nos reuniamos los sábados a la noche para festejar hasta altas horas de la madrugada, ahora nos juntamos los domingos temprano a comer y tomar algo de vino.
Mi amigo tiene su receta especial con la que siempre quiere impresionarnos: "fideos al horno".
I was a bit intrigued about this meal. He began by making the sauce with minced meat, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, and a variety of seasonings. It had a great scent. Then he boiled the noodles. We were several people so he cooked a lot of pasta.
Yo estaba un poco intrigada acerca de esta comida. Él empezó haciendo la salsa con carne picada, cebollas, morrones, tomates y variedad de condimientos. Tenía un aroma genial. Luego hirvió los fideos. Eramos varías personas así que cocinó bastante pasta.
When the pasta was ready, the secret of the oven came: he placed the noodles in a bowl and covered them with the sauce and lots of cheese.
Cuando la pasta estuvo lista vino el secreto del horno: colocó los fideos en una fuente y los cubrió con la salsa y mucho queso.
And after a bit of heat, voilà! ❤️

When serving, more cheese on top of the cheese. And some wine to accompany this delicious meal.
Al momento de servir, más queso arriba del queso. Y un poco de vino para acompañar esta deliciosa comida.
And after that similar plate of noodles, we got the typical tiredness after eating. We prepare some mattresses on the floor and lie down to laugh and continue drinking a little more wine. I guess that's what meetings are like when you're approaching 30.
Y después de ese semejante plato de fideos, nos vino el típico cansancio de después de comer. Preparamos unos colchones en el piso y nos acostamos a reirnos y seguir tomando un poco más de vino. Supongo que así son las reuniones cuando te estas acercando a los 30.
It's good to see friends. Thinking about how our meetings evolved makes me happy, we have known each other for more than 10 years and we became adults together but the laughs are never lacking💙.
Es bueno ver a los amigos cada tanto. Pensar en como evolucionaron nuestras juntadas me pone feliz, nos conocemos hace más de 10 años y nos hicimos adultos juntos pero las risas nunca faltan 💛.

That looks like a great way to enjoy a Sunday if you ask me! That dish looks really good, but almost anything with double servings of good cheese will taste pretty damn good hahaha
