Sweetness is pleasurable and addictive. That must be why we all like it. Everything in excess is harmful, even seemingly harmless sugar. It is not necessary to give up its consumption, only to keep it within healthy limits.

I like fruit juices with their natural sweetness, but here in my country most people add a lot of sugar. I remember in a place where I worked for a while that received mainly European tourists and almost always in the reception cocktail there was fruit juice. When the tourists passed by, the juice that was left was sold as a snack to the workers, but guess what? They used to add sugar to it, since the tourists preferred it, and we found it tasteless.😱

Here they add sugar to everything.... to give you an example, I even drink my coffee with milk without sugar! Interesting what you tell me....
