Walking is a very basic exercise we ever had. It is also a part of our daily living. It is also proved that walking serves as a coping mechanism for our distress. It can change our mood and can help us release some toxins and bacteria in our body more effectively.
According to science, walking is a type of cardiovascular physical activity, which increases your heart rate HarvardvT.H. Chan Scool of Public Health.
Here it is!
After a rough day of our On-Job-Training, here comes the weekend I ever wished to happen. When they said unplanned events are the best, I totally agreed with it. It was my first time to go round, walk and see the windy, refreshing and huge runway. I was shocked about the place. It is very relaxing and enjoyable to walk. Nearly five kilometers far from each edge which so huge and wide to relax with. The sky is very wide like you can feel you are nearly flying while the air flushing towards you is very nature and so fresh. You can see goats around, some carabao and a grassland on its side. There are wild flowers as well beside the way that seduces you. You can see the birds flying like they are also enjoying their liberation.
There are cafeteria and eateries also if you need some foods and snacks. You also bring motorcycle or maybe a bicycle if you want to. The endpoint of the runway is a beach which I saw the very beautiful sunset. There are people also have their fishing and some are visitors like us that is need to relax and chill.
We started to walk at the runway together with my buddies. We are taking pictures and getting best shots and nurturing the beauty and the calmness of the place. We are so happy while teasing each others while walking towards the other edge of the way. Taking pictures, finding beautiful angles, and also having selfies as a souvenir. We have seen also a pile of concrete box and we do not know its use and purpose, all we have to do is to have a picture in every nice spot. There are some couples we have seen that are taking their prenuptial shots. I recommend this is the best spot you can bring your loved ones and have date on them.
While waiting for the sunset, we felt relief watching the small waves flushing through the seashore. There are pile of big stones also serves as our seat while watching the other side of the island on the horizon. We made some talks and jokes until the sunset is starting. We have took another shots to get the best view while the sun slowly descending and nearly hiding the horizon.
Afterwards, we decided to go back home after the ease of the grief. We are so refreshed and felt relaxed. That was my first time visiting runway and it is very recommendable place to go. Maybe next time I will come back here again and be relaxed. If you need some air, then you can go with me here. Let us enjoy the calmness of the place. We went there last time to witness the sunset, and went home. Parang suminghot lang ng hangin sa old airport, tapos alis na. 😆
