There are three kinds of pain, that are hardest to bear - tooth, ear and stomach

Anything that has a direct bearing with our nerves is always painful, precisely, what you told+panchedriya.

But then lot of things are not in our control and the most important is food - we are not in a position to control what we eat.

That's the biggest issue for almost all of us and that is the primary source of suffering. And when you start ageing, those issues become more prominent.

Never did I think, this will be so painful - he had to inject the anesthesia at three places and took almost a hour.

I could imagine what sort of pain you had to endure. Good riddance after all. Take care, Sir.

The lifestyle is to blame, and I think, it all started with the EMI scheme 😀
