Let's Find Another Earth

Sergio Souza

Hi Weekenders!. Welcome to another weekend of brainstorming, room searching and scribbling your heart on paper. This week, we are traveling to space to search for another planet that can house humanity. This is in response to @galenkp #weekendexperiences engagement concept. Perhaps you want to get involved, subscribe to the community and read up the rules Here.

If I get the opportunity to travel, I want to go to space to find another planet where humanity can live without some of the problems we currently have to live with. I would like to get a space for you and where every living factor will be the same unlike this earth where or climate is quite a whole different. A planet where the leakage in the Ozone layer will not be a threat to the existence of man and would not open use vulnerable to sicknesses and diseases.

The news that our planet is under a serious threat always breaks my heart. As such, seeking refuge on another planet may be the only way out of this looming danger. So, I would on behalf of humanity go to space.

Is It Necessary To Take The Risk?

If one is to be fair in all ramifications, it is possible to say that we are coming to a time when things are happening in the extreme.

For example, the current increase of hotness across Europe to about 47°C, something that could only be heard of in Africa, I think that should cause us to fidget a little. The earth is very close to the sun, it is one of the closest planets to the sun. This has made it even worse that diseases like cancer of the skin are ravaging humanity.

This is because of the depletion in the ozone layer where the sun scourges us directly, burning our skin and making our pigment worse than it is naturally.

The typhoon in Pakistan was a wild one. Countless numbers of people were displaced from their homes. Some more people had their homes and other properties destroyed.

Could you imagine going to sleep at night and to wake up in the morning buried under the belly of the earth crust by an earthquake as our beloved friends in Asia do.

I think humanity deserves better treatment from our natural world. Though, some of these experiences come from human unholy and careless activities. We need to begin to take responsibility and care for our environment.

Volcanic eruption too is one of the problems that man hasn't been able to solve. People who live in places where this eruption is imminent have been asked to leave their ancestral homes. This is such a sad story to tell.

Sea surge in countries that have a direct border to sea and ocean is worth the share. Have you ever thought of the people on Lagos Island and Lekki areas of Lagos Nigeria, who would have to relocate to the mainland during the rainy season because flood would have taken over their premises.

Elsewhere in parts of Africa and the world at large where gully erosion is sweeping man's natural habitat calls for concern.

Let's Go Look For A New Earth

Yes, this earth seems to have expired. Following the aforementioned problems that are threatening our stay here.

For this one week, I will go in search of a new home for humanity. Where the sun reflects but does not have a direct contact.

A new home where men will live by ordinance that disallows any abuses.

In 2013, some American astrologers found three more planets where life can exist. This broadcast was made on CNN

Get ready you all, we are leaving this earth for good as soon as I am back with my from space.

Sort:

Humanity on other planets that's nice thinking - more like Elon musk.

A planet where the leakage in the Ozone layer will not be a threat to the existence of man and would not open use vulnerable to sicknesses and diseases.

That's something ill say -error, 404. Where ever Human will live they gonna invent something that will effect that planet - we all know no one else except human are responsible for ozone leakage.

Though, some of these experiences come from human unholy and careless activities.

Here you go, i agree with this - every experience other than natural , like volcano eruptions except this everything has to do something with human.

I'm just saying we can still make our life better than finding a new earth or home - it's never late to make lives or living better.

Though, you've said everything very well just shared my POV.

Happy weekend ahead!

Thanks for you constructive criticism of this work. Earth is our home and nothing can make us move. I am.just making a case for.this imaginative topic.

I'm not doing criticism bro - don't take me wrong and Apologize if you had mind it.

Yea i know it's imaginative and can't move our home I'm just sharing humans can effect other planets too if we move there.

I appreciate you made a Good one no doubt in it.

No, no, no.
I don't mean criticism. What I meant was that you gave a great analogy/ analysis. I am not in any way offended.
Your contribution is highly appreciated.

Never mind I read that again - sorry i misunderstood quite lost and sleepy.
