I think it's the mentality of groups and online seems to encourage and support that in ways that lead to many issues. Smaller groups are better. The most I've done is be on forums, small very topic specific groups, but even those were in relation to work I was doing at the time.

I have very little patience for such behaviour from adults, so I leave the room, so to speak, lol.
