What a weekend a Saturday with a super birthday of my sister-in-law, this fantastic day we had a grill and some delicious desserts, then on Sunday full of adventure and well as I always do discovering new places to relax and feel a little adrenaline for what I went to climb a mountain about 600 meters high! so get ready to feel various emotions in my weekend post!🥩🍗🍖

Well it came on a very intense Sunday I went out at 11 to do another adventure in the mountain, only this was 5 kilometers and it was more difficult because we had to make several climbs, our goal was to reach the top of the mountain with a beautiful view that covers the mountains of arrabida!🤩🤩
Bueno se vino un domingo bien intenso sali a las 11 a realizar otra aventura en la montaña solo que esta era de 5kilometros y era mas dificil porque habia que realizar varias escaladas, nuestra meta era llegar al tope de la montaña con una hermosa vista que cubre las montañas de la arrabida!🌄🌄

I did a bit of macro photography while identifying some mountain plants, from pines, medroño, wild berries! all this diversity has the mountain to offer! I was excited because I saw 3 wild rabbits in the mountains, which is difficult because they are very scared!😍😍

The weather was very harsh! We were walking with 37 degrees, when we passed by the road we felt the 40 degrees and thermal sensation we had to always hydrate ourselves to avoid dehydration and headaches! also the best energy drink is water!😎🧊🧊
El clima estaba muy duro! estabamos caminando con 37 grados, cuando pasabamos por la carretera sentiamos los 40 grados se sensacion termica debiamos siempre hidratarnos para evitar la deshidratacion y dolores de cabeza! ademas la mejor bebida energetica es el agua!💦💙

Without a doubt I repeated this climb many more times the view is BRUTAL the breeze on your face that comes from the ocean gives you that feeling that you do not get in the city! also enjoy the landscape!😊😊
