"If only we live in a perfect world.."

Such narrative is subjective, my perfect world probably isn't yours and vice versa. We live in a world where we grew up on problems to solve, situations and solutions, and actions and reactions sprinkled with agreements and disagreements, and to test them, let's exchange views on the following topics.

Capital Punishment

At some point in time, this is the best possible way to end a bad intention for people whose extreme ideology goes out of hand. Well, at least that's how I can simplify and interpret it. But in today's world, it only exists in some countries, some are undisclosed, some legal with no execution preceded, and some abolished.

In my own point of view, this should be allowed for some crimes that threaten the safety of society, to suppress a fucked up ideology of others and crimes that are inhumane should be stopped. Rape, War crime, incompetent government officials, treason, corruption, plunderers, murder, terrorism. These are the crimes that came to mind while thinking of what crimes should be punishable by death.

Why?

Human Entitlement

When I think of the term 'Human Entitlement', I think it is greatly influenced by Wealth and Power. Think of it this way, if I say something like, "I think, those who started the recent war are criminals, they should be tested for trial, and if found guilty, should receive the death penalty. immediately." Now I can say that every day with anyone, and the least I can get is a response from a stoner friend with an "mmm-hmm.." and a questionable nod, and my voice would just be sent out to the vastness of the universe and never be heard again.

But if I was in a position with a lot of influential individuals on my side and filthy rich. I think any narrative, ideology, and rules can be bent in such a way that "good or bad", "my feelings versus your livelihood", or "My right versus your rights" are no longer part of the consideration and the intention of one individual will be passed on from the top of the chain down to the bottom fish, who's like-minded. Actions can be made so fast, they can take place even as it's just being planned on.

Just to be clear, I'm not an expert on all of the subject matters, I'm just a regular Joe thinking out loud about a presented topic and I'm glad to be corrected and argued if it interests me or if I find something disagreeable. My intention is for all of us to have a free mind, to have an open mind, and sensible narrative exchange.

The Domino effect

If you think of it everything is tied to one thing and to another thing and to another and it goes on and on. From the #weekend-engagement topic "Legit or Not" 149 from my point of view, some of it intertwined with one another and I just chose two of them.

Capital punishment - Crime solution
Sex before marriage - Usually Religion versus Societal Desire
Human entitlement - Societal Desire versus Control of..
Deforestation - Control of Land, Consumerism, Money, Power,
Privacy rights - Controlled Freedom
Consumerism - Control of People by administering "drugs" to the "Drug Addicts" (which is us, with big companies providing us the things that we like and attract us.)
The pornography industry - Providing us the easiest access to our lust and desires "Human needs"

So yes. I think I just made a conspiracy out of this topic. All of this may never be true, probably just because of my brain farts, and maybe I could be right, who knows. I don't know. I just know within me, I see some faults in our reality and I think we are being diverted to something so we can't see the other thing, just like how we can only see one side of the moon all the time and think for my self.

Why do they call "Freedom" Freedom, when they impose 'control' so then it's a "Controlled Freedom"? Hmm..(puffs the joint.)
