Managing a team where your child is playing is not easy
I can relate to this, my brother was also managing a team which I happen to be one of the players sometime ago, most times he had to put me on the bench just to avoid complain from people of him favoring me.
Hi @sholex94, if it is difficult to manage a team when a family member is involved, because people think that there will be preference, therefore, the player must show a lot of discipline, in my case it was only momentary to support the coach.
