I lose more than I win but I go so rarely that it doesn’t matter.
When it comes to gambling, the only version where I ever put halfway-significant money at risk is poker. At least there, skill is a factor. No slots or roulette or any other gambling where it’s all pure luck.
With disciplined bankroll management and card counting, it’s possible to be a long-term winner at blackjack but, for me at least, sitting at a blackjack table for hours at a time is just too boring.
