My mother had type 1 diabetes for most of her life. She ended up with vascular dementia, and at one point would inject herself too often with insulin. We had to hide it and make sure that we did it for her.
I find the pancreas and insulation fascinating and read so much about Fleming and his discovery.
That magic pill would be fantastic and welcomed by everyone.

yes this is all about the diet friends. my friends have diabetes and they only eat river fish which is cooked by steaming, it goes on and on and they don't complain about their diabetes anymore @galenkp @tengolotodo
