The coastal road

in Weekend Experiences7 months ago

Last week, it was unplanned, but a kind of abrupt trip going to the city.My husband and his co workers were about to attend a retreat in the city, with one of the huge church. But suddenly, he told me that he wasn't able to attend because one of the cows that he take care of, was having a mastitis, and he needs to drained the milk, over and over again, so that it won't get worst.

So,he told me if I'm willing to go, and I was excited but I'm hesitant too, because it's been more than 6 years that I didn't go there, yes you read it right. My life revolved at the four corners of our house and within the community. It's because we don't have a sufficient income in which we can used to travel in the city.

So, that day, was different for me, but, I was also worried, since my budget for the whole week was already drained, and my wallet was left zero. I used to think what if we will going to buy something to eat, it will be embarrassing to asked with my companions.Good thing is, my friend chatted me that she will lend me 100 pesos or $2, as my allowance, because my husband's salary will be paid in the afternoon.

My heart feels better after I read her message. We start to travel at 2 pm , through a van.

As we look outside from the van's mirror, we are like the little children who are amazed with the view. We are all first timers pass byers here in the place.

One of our companion suggested if we can stop for a minute to take some photos, but the driver told us that the city government have made an ordinance that people are prohibited in this area, so we just ran slowly to enjoy the place.

It took an hour before we reach the venue of the retreat, and it was good to see the city proper,we had a long day, and got home at night.

Thanks for dropping, it's all I can share with you.
