RE: (WE90). MULTITASKING: A NEW HABIT I'LL LOVE TO ACQUIRE

I used to love multitasking a lot until I watched a certain video on productivity. It was said that while multitasking might appear to be a good thing, your brain is gets more stressed switching from one activity to another every few minutes.

Since then, I stopped multitasking and focus on finishing one task before beginning another. I noticed this has been very helpful in completing tasks and I experience less breakdowns.

I guess some people are superhuman and can multitask without eventually burning out, but for people like me who burnout days or even weeks later, less of multitasking means more productivity.

I do share your ideology and that is my current stand. Doing tasks one at a time is more effective for me too.

This is the ability I was wishing for. Not for my daily routines but for some occasional incidents that may warrant such attribute. Although I do wonder how these people cope.

Oh, I get now. It's needed on some occasions.
