I don't know anything about Splinterlands. As a matter of fact, I know little about gaming in general. However, I can relate to human behavior :)

Yes!! A teacher taught me to read (late, oh so late), and literacy became the backbone of my academic and even professional life.

It's interesting that we can't objectively appreciate what we have, but must value it in relation to what others have.

I have strong opinions about teaching and how to teach, and I am in the minority. That is alright. I am glad you found something interesting into this nonsense that is my post :)
