I forwarded that bit to Royal. I strongly disagree with that obviously. But I don't know peoples personal experiences, so I can't judge.

    Also totally not my experience i have used the discord and ticket system a few time always, decent response time with good answers.

    I also agree. I've had several issues and the team was helping me almost immediately. One time it only took 5 minutes.
