We’ve now had six weeks of frontier draws and I thought I would take a look at where the mode is progressing, what kind of numbers are we getting playing? are there any lucky winners of multiple draws?
Active Accounts
After the initial impact accounts are steadily leaving the frontier mode, where they are going I can t really say, hopefully back into other ranked formats though!
To be clear, it looks like new players are coming in and may be old alt accounts that have now maxed their frontier cards (or sale prices are reaching a low) are the ones leaving as the number of unique “lite” accounts featured in the draws is increasing, in weeks 6 we had 221 lite accounts.
There have been 5429 unique accounts earned at least one ticket in Frontier mode which is great to see, although it may be slightly overstated as lite accounts may have converted to full accounts.
Draw Entries
As more players progress into gold 1, generating over 74,000 tickets in week 6, it would appear the number of draws people are getting is increasing which may in turn make it harder for new players to walk away with a prize in the raffles (perhaps we should give something to every player in the draws? A tournament entry for example 😊)
Winning Accounts
There are 76 black foil, gold foil arcane and black foil arcane given out every week, currently we have had 456 draws but only 426 winners so 30 players have been lucky and 2 of them extremely lucky! – congratulations to @kim0203 and @leebo86 who have walked away with 3 wins in 6 draws! A lot luckier than me and my 30+ draws a week! Lite accounts have won a total of 7 (1.5%) of the draws - the chase is real!
Chances of Black Foil Arcane Increasing
Only 29 (4.83 per draw) of the Black Foil Arcane cards have been won so far so there are plenty to still chase. 563 to go from approximately 99 draws or 5.6 per draw so the chances are increasing and none of the legendary Black Foil Arcane cards have been drawn.
I’m still enjoying the daily battle to get 15 wins and the hope (and weekly disappointment) of getting a nice collectible version of each card, hopefully frontier mode and the campaign will continue to be expanded on and funnel more and more players into the modern ranked and tournaments.

I was pleasantly surprised and got lucky with a black foil on my alt account on the very first draw. Haven't gotten any since!
