I made a flowchart for the development process in our team

in Programming & Dev3 years ago (edited)

Hello fellow devs,

I recently started my first project. Its a game which has no final name or concept yet, but for now we call it Zarza and it will be a top down 2D RPG set in a medieval-ish universe.

It began with me starting a tutorial about Godot, abandonning it and coming back to it month after.

Zarza was thought as a project of my own. Just to put some theory into practice, but after I told a friend about it, he wanted to join, so we formed a team.

From what I have learned in the job as software developer that I recently started, I have created a development process that we now follow. It is based on established processes in the agile world, I just put it on paper.

It is tailored to our teams needs, but I figured I might share it with you guys. Maybe you could make use of it, or point any weaknesses out to me.
