Thanks. for your thoughts, P :)
Yeah. I think personal and one on one is just more personal! And supportive. The word "mentor" also makes me cringe! :D How about "guide".
I just feel as though it can be overwhelming for newcomers - the tech mostly as it is really different to what mainstream users know and intimating for many of them. So a "friend" really.
And their own "friend" is better, I think. Than someone who signs them up. There's a psychology there and people don't like feeling as though they need help. But they do to get going. So someone new is better than someone they met or know who suggested they join - independence.
It's a conundrum.
I don't think it should be affiliate with any one community - to avoid the finance and ego issues. And it should be natural - ie. people who click and have stuff in common. Honesty and authenticity always wins the day. These days. Humans have been primed for this now because of the internet and how disconnected it actually is. They can smell bullshit from a mile away! So perhaps a whole bunch of Bees who are focused on just greeting and welcoming new people and who share info and support noobs posts for a couple of weeks to guide them. Tags. Layout. Blah blah and all etc
Anyway. I'm busy settling back into worky stuff and creative stuff. Let's let it simmer and see what happens next! :)
I'm seeing post about growing this blockchain. I think it's time we focused on that! Big time!

Goodluck with worky and creative stuffs hope it flows well for you. Yeah I think something will come up eventually as many I am sure are on the look out for efficient onboarding techniques or actively trying some. !PIZZA
I have some thoughts (of course! 😂)
But first worky work and some stability to do the fun stuff.
brb
And ❤️ to you
