Hello @zerah,
Thank you for your attention to this issue. It is a bit of a quandary. We want people to be able to use tools, but it seems those tools sometimes do a little too much editing and an AI result is what the author gets. In this case, it seems the Grammarly edits may be coming across as AI so it might be safer for you to use Grammarly for spellcheck but not for other edits. It's hard to make a fine distinction when Grammarly offers a suggestion between what is acceptable and what is not. I do not personally use the tool. I do use a spellcheck on my word processing program but that's it. No other tools. I decide where the commas go, appropriate word order, etc. There are other authors who have had this issue with Grammarly. I don't know that much about it, because I don't use the program, but it does seem to lead to trouble for some people (not everyone). Your stories are inspired and inspiring. I think maybe you should be really careful about getting any programmed input (outside of spellcheck--who can spell??). We enjoy your stories and would really like to continue curating them. However, if we keep getting the AI ratings, that won't be possible.
Hope to read one of your stories soon.
