"Sir, I have a good experience of working as manager in textile mill, and I am very responsible person. I promise, I will also do my best in your firm too. Please, give me this opportunity, because I am in need of it."
These were the words of James, when he was giving interview in the sake of job in magic Material industry. Actually before he was working in textile mill as a manager, but due to some reasons the mill go into loss and he was forced to leave his job. He was the only supporter of his family, so it was very difficult for his family to cater their needs without his job.
He applied for job in many institutions and construction Mills, but sadly the luck was not in his favour this time, so he couldn't get a job. This time, he was also rejected, and was very hopeless. On his way back to home, his eyes were filled with tears, and he stepped in home with heavy heart. His wife was very supportive, so she consoled him with these words,
"James, please don't worry! Nothing lasts forever, so these days shall also pass. I am sure, soon you would be able to get a good job. Just be hopeful.!"
In the evening, James was out to meet his friend, while he heard someone talking about the prize bond. He asked the person about it, and bought one for himself. When he returned home, he handover his prize bond to his wife, and asked her to keep it in save place. But, suddenly she heard the voice of her neighbour's daughter, who came to ask about something.
She left the prize bond on the table, and run to hear her. In the meanwhile, her 3 years old son, took the prize bond and started to play with it. Few days later, James was out to do some grocery, with the little money he left in his pocket. Just then, he heard someone pronouncing about the same prize bond result. He stopped to confirm about it, and decided to bring his prize bond to check the result.
His heart was throbbing while he checked the result. It was the same number, which was also written on his prize bond. But he decided to confirm it, so he run towards his home. He stumbled while he stepped in the home, and hurriedly asked his wife to bring the prize bond.
" Naira, where is the prize bond? Please bring it immediately! Our life is going to change, just give me the prize bond."
She was searching everywhere.
"I kept it here, on the this table. I remember, but where its gone?
"Naira, are you mad? I asked you to keep it in save place, how could you do that?"
They searched it everywhere, but it was nowhere. James sat on the floor, and tears roll down from his eyes. It was the chance for him to change his fate, but it was also wasted.
"Naira, Naira... how could you do that? Your mistake left us again in the same pitch."
Suddenly, something came in her mind and she run to lift the table. She screamed,
"James, Look! here it is..Omg..Omg...we found it."
He run to check it, and happiness was already on his face, as he was declared winner. He run to claim it in the nearby filed office.

Hello @farahikram, You handle the prompt well here, and the skill challenge is ably addressed. There is certainly conflict. Actually there are at least two essential conflicts. One is unemployment. The other is a consequence of unemployment: financial need. In your resolution you provide a solution to one problem: financial need. The other conflict, the loss of employment, still looms. One hopes your protagonist will be able to find a solution to this problem also.
