RE: Castles in Whose Air

Wow, I love this, @manouche. Thank you for sharing it in The Ink Well! Anokhi and her daydreaming and love of books filled my heart. I wanted so much more for her than becoming a side-kick to her brother! They have a very special relationship, and it's wonderful that one of their dreams comes true, but it's a small tragedy that her aspirations are not realized. This is such a great example of world building. I was truly transported by all the lovely details and your beautiful writing style. Well told!

I wanted so much more for her too! I reached a point in the writing after describing Anokhi's different dreams where I didn't know how to proceed with the story. Seemed natural to me after a day that it'd be Vivaan who'd become the star! Thank you for taking the time to read! It's really gratifying to know that people are reading my writing and giving me feedback!

Yes, that is a wonderful thing about The Ink Well. We really encourage peers to read and comment on one another's work!
