I enjoyed this light-hearted piece and empathized with the two friends. I got stung several times for messing around with beehives, so it can be a hair-raising experience.
As her friend had advised, she had laid out her clothes on the chair. She liked the lime green tracksuit she had bought with dark green stripes on both sides. She tied her hair back and put on a cap. She put the water bottle in her small backpack. She went to the kitchen, drank a glass of orange juice, and left her house at 6 a.m.
I like the precision and detail of your prose. I think some scenes can be tightened up to increase the pace of the action. I like the bee scene in particular because it was short paragraphs that align with the frantic action of the two friends, who learned a valuable lesson abut staying fit.
Without waiting any longer, Luisa ran as fast as she could. But the bees were faster than her. Her screams and movements annoyed them even more, and they followed her, stinging her head and back until she was able to get into the water.

Thank you @litguru for your comment and advice, I really appreciate it and will definitely take it into account.
I have also been stung by bees and wasps, but they are not as aggressive as bees, although it still hurts 😏
Best regards and blessings.
