Task Two
Write down five emotions (for example, anger, joy, sadness, fear, hatred) on slips of paper and slip them into a hat or other container.
Now pick an object inside or outside where you are writing - a tree, a picture, a window.
Draw one emotion from the container, and try to describe that object from the perspective of a character feeling that emotion. (Don’t mention the emotion in your writing — try to describe the object so the reader could guess the emotion).
When you have finished, have a look at your writing and see if you can find three words to describe your own writing voice - add them to your post.

MY VISIÓN:

"That afternoon a beautiful rain of stars fell that prevented the beings of this planet from mobilizing, poor Robic sitting there, alone, looking through the glass of the window of her room, wondering if her friend Tapic was really honest with her and if he really appreciated her, he could not understand how a beautiful young woman, with money, of the royalty of that planet, who had everything, could be her friend.

Robic was certainly not high class and had only managed to rub shoulders with these because of contacts with her friend.

Everything was going normally, only one thing managed to get her out of the depth of her thoughts, it was that beautiful clock, which was hanging in the corner of her living room, that infernal device that her friend Tapic had given her.

With each bell he struck, he was getting into his soul wanting to disappear, you could see how his face changed color, and his thoughts traveled only around that clock.

That artifact had been a birthday gift from her beloved friend, but upon receiving it she wondered why she did it, if Tapic well knew that Robic hated clocks and even more if they came from earth, many times she wanted to get rid of it, but not He could, it was then that all those ideas came to his mind, he thought as Tapic having so much money he would not have been able to give her a better gift, he repeated himself as he could not give her a beautiful jewel because he knew that she had plenty of them, because not something rather, she felt that her friend's gift had become her executioner because with each bell she struck she felt that she was dying. Definitely the object is the clock, what made your creative imagination go off 😉 and the emotion is the anger, I felt it reflected in your words. It only remains for you to check my intuition.

Good work. @mayifiestas

Thanks for reading exactly friend that is the feeling, I'm glad you liked it.

I could hear the ticking of the clock...

funny how that line from a song came to mind when I read your work :) so cool it's a continuation of day two too. I guess the passing of time does bring a certain feeling of doom at times.

Transported into the alien world again :D
I am starting to feel for this Robic ...

Hmmm, I am guessing your emotion was "sadness"?

Hahaha if I stay with that topic, since I liked to give a different spin to the proposed tasks, thanks for reading and supporting me.

The characters are taken from the previous challenge, and what a way to unite that feeling with the object. Surely, in the next deliveries we will see again the characters you have been building.

I really enjoyed the creation of these characters and their evolution, I tried to do something different and I humbly believe that I will achieve it, thank you for reading and supporting me.

Hello @mayifiestas. Your exercise is easy to understand. The object is the clock and the emotion is anger.

I think you could have been more reserved with the object and just give clues like these:

With each bell he struck,...That artifact had been a birthday gift...

because with each bell she struck she felt that she was dying.

It was a pleasure to read you! Cordial greetings

Hello @mayifiestas I can see that the object is a clock. I think the emotion I detect is that of disappointment since her friend knew she didn't like clocks.

I had a bit of a hard time with your first paragraph. I think maybe the sentences may be better read if broken up into more than one.

Also, what is the reason she hates clocks?

Thank you for sharing this story for the characters in the previous task.

Hello @mayifiestas,

she felt that her friend's gift had become her executioner because with each bell she struck she felt that she was dying

That sums it up! You certainly are clear in this piece about the object that triggers the character's emotion, and the emotion that is triggered. Very powerfully described. You build the case for anger, not just anger but an anger that has evolved into hatred. You use your language effectively and efficiently.

Well done!

Thank you very much for your comment.

There is so much fear and insecurity around that clock, in the midst of what begins as a beautiful scene ... somewhat reminiscent to the clock in Poe's "The Masque of the Red Death" in which the tolling of that clock, every hour, stops the party and heralds the awesome doom to come ... and then also one has to think of Hemingway's For Whom the Bell Tolls, from which we had a selection ... this is a gorgeous short story, and the fear just bleeds through wonderfully...

I am glad that you liked it and what honor and commitment that even my writing can be related or that it has reminded you of the great Alan Poe, what an honor, thank you for your comment.

You're welcome!
