Omor this landlady na wa oo but then again i was not too surprised. That's how my own increased rent out of the blues with no house maintenance and no concrete reason. As soon as people began to leave, she later reduced the price and even fixed the bad bore hole.
What she should have done from the very beginning. God will help us!

With all the troubles happening in Nigeria, it's sad to see how these landlords increase rent without any warning or consideration.
They don't always know what to do until when their tenants starts reacting.
