On February 13, Tono was in the supermarket to buy some beer cans and cigarettes. When he wanted to pay at the cashier, he met with Lisa who had just come to the supermarket to buy snacks. Tono and Lisa are friends in high school, since the first class in high school, Tono has admired and liked Lisa, but Tono never dared to express his heart.

It was Valentine's night and the city was full of love and romance. Tono did not expect that he could get a special night to meet and have dinner with Lisa. He wanted to express his love for her. Tono has made a reservation at a luxury restaurant, bought a red rose, and wears the best settings. As he waited for Lisa, his heart was racing against excitement and anticipation. When Lisa arrived, she looked stunning in a red dress.
"Hi Tono, have you been waiting for a long time?"
"No, only a few minutes. Tonight you look beautiful and elegant"
"Oh, thank you. You excessively praise me"
"I really tell you, Lisa, you are very beautiful tonight"
Their conversation continues. They called the waiter and ordered special food from the restaurant. In the end, Tono told Lisa about his feelings for Lisa, and how Tono loved her. Lisa did not interrupt Tono's conversation and listened patiently, but when Tono finished speaking, Lisa told Tono that she could not accept his love.
Tono was a shocked and broken heart. He asked why, and Lisa explained that her parents had chosen a man to marry, and she could not fight their wishes. Tono tried to convince Lisa that he could make Lisa happy and also her parents, but Lisa was firm in her decision. Lisa thanked his honesty and told Tono that she hoped they could still be friends.
Tono was devastated to hear that, but he respected Lisa's decision. He paid for their food and drove Lisa to his car. When he was in front of Lisa's house, Tono saw Lisa leaving, Tono felt a loss and deep sadness. But Tono knew that life went on, and he would finally find someone who would love him back just as he loved them. When Tono returned to his apartment, he remembered his father's words, "If it is destined, then it will happen. If not, it shouldn't happen." Now Tono holds on to hope that one day, he will find the love he is looking for.
