When Tony and Mark first met, it looked like they were never meant to be together. Their first meeting
was unpleasant one as they both were uncomfortable, they got stucked in a lift on their way to work
early in the morning. While both of them were so furious and anxious of getting to the office, they
ended up in a verbal disagreement accusing who is responsible for the problem. They have just three
minutes to get to the tenth floor of their building, whereas they are stucked in a lift at the second floor
Unknown to them, they both worked for the same company, a company that deals with network
marketing and onlinesales and marketing.

Tony has an enthusiastic character and he got divorced two
years ago, he believed women are problematic. When Tony and Mark got closer, he always advised
Mark not to get married if he is not ready to bear a huge responsibility. Tony happens to be a kind,
compassionate and tenderhearted. He has a passionate character and does his work well. He met his ex
wife three years ago, it was a blind date organized by Katherina's friend and Tony's.

Their relationship developed into a romantic one and they got married six months later. Exactly a month
after their marriage, Katherina started giving an indifferent attitude to him. It felt like they didn’t get to
know eachother well before they got married. They ended up having an argument one night which resulted
into Katherina packing out of the house. She wants Tony’s attention everytime whereas Tony needs to
work even late at night.

However he made sure he never neglect his duties to his wife, they go out on weekends to have fun and
all. They got reconciled and continued their life for the next 8months, at that time, Katherina was of
different attitude towards Tony. She doesn’t care about him and they both lived in the same house like a
stranger. Katherina is hot tempered and Tony tried everything possible to please her.

Tony lost concentration at work and was on the verge of losing his job. So they both resolved to getting
a divorce. Even though Tony was hurt and didn’t want to divorce her, he was left with no choice since
the other party was no longer interested. Life goes on, Tony continued his life and everything seems fine
after sometime.

Tony and Mark now seems close, they were like brothers at work. However, Mark is planning to get to
his girlfriend, they had been in a relationship for about a year. Tony was happy for him and he agreed to
meet her the next day.

The next day, Tony planned to meet Mark and his fiance during lunch. They were already seated waiting
for his arrival, as he made his way to them, he realised what he is going to face in the next moment of
his life, Mark’s fiance happens to be Katherina's exwife. They haven’t met for the past two years they
had separated.

As they stared at eachother, dumpfounded Mark was left with a questioning face, he had no idea of who to call or ask what's happening.

The situation is really tragi-comic and nowadays people are also trying to get married by getting to know each other on social media. It's like blind dating really... There are so many people who get married without knowing each other and then get divorced. You have to make a careful choice.

Yes it's so sad to see the way marriages breaks easily. Thanks for reading.

This is a reflection of many relationships in the world today, it is always awesome before marriage and they become strangers afterward when quarrels start happening.

Great story and I would have loved to know how Tony handled the meeting.

You made some errors and I recommend Grammarly to you for editing your stories.

Thanks a lot ♥️

Tony and Mark have an interesting relationship. They are close but not close enough that Mark knows Tony's ex-wife, and not close enough that Tony knows Mark's fiancé. It's a clever story, overall.

Here's a tip for you: Consider adding some dialog between your characters. It really helps to bring the characters and scenes to life.
