We are looking for real short stories—not advice columns, reports, recipes, or political commentary.

This CNF from popurri is delightful! She tells of a surprise pregnancy when she was 47 and believed she was done with child-bearing. In her characteristically clever writing style, she shares how this baby's arrival was written in the stars and how her arrival was perfect.

It encourages empathy, compassion, and open-mindedness by urging someone to imagine what it would be like to be in another's place before forming an opinion.
