You have courage to kill off your narrator. Many writers shrink from such a harsh ending. But this ending is very strong. It hits readers in the solar plexus. Good job. Well written. The whole story is very effective.

Thanks for your valuable comment. In some of my stories, the narrator dies. This seems more touching to me.... Due to my job, I haven't been able to follow the community members enough. Now I have time to post more, read and comment on other stories.
