This is an interesting piece to curate. It has the tone of a nonfiction piece, and yet seems to be a narrative about a fictional character. Your tagging doesn't clarify the issue, because generally a fiction story will have fiction in the tags and nonfiction will have nonfiction in the tags. Also, this piece does not seem to be linked to either the fiction or nonfiction prompt.

However, the piece reads well. There is a category of essay/story that straddles the genres. These pieces have both fictional and nonfictional elements. So, today we will consider this piece as being one of those 'straddlers'.

The piece is interesting. It certainly has character development and information. It is relatively free of errors. All good.

In the future, it would be helpful (for curation of your writing) if you use tags that indicate where you intend to place the piece. Also, it would be helpful if you link the piece to the prompt you are addressing.

Thank you for sharing this unusual bit of writing with us. We appreciate authors who think 'out of the box'. Always refreshing to come across original perspectives. We encourage writers in the community to support other authors by reading and commenting on their pieces. Please do that. Thank you!

And, please keep writing.

To be honest I have a template for posting in Ink Well and unfortunately I forgot to change the tags 🌚.

It's fiction and I am changing is asap.

Next time I will not make this mistake πŸ˜
