What a story! Psychological horror in the hands of a master. You build suspense, lay clues along the way that make the reader's hair stand on end. And yet, light on gore. A well-written horror story is skillfully wrought. The author holds the reader's attention and manipulates emotion until the sense of horror is evoked. You did that here.
