"CRACK!" Suddenly I was seeing stars. Someone had just slammed the door into my head. I could see their light bouncing as they ran towards the nearest building. The Primate House. -@wrestlingdesires

Midnight Escape from Manila to Juala Lumpur

I've crossed the Quezon bridge a hundred times, but this might be the last one. If things go well in the next few hours, I will be in Malaysia by noon tomorrow. Away from Niko's men. The Pasig River looked tranquil under the soft gaze of the moonlight. I will miss this view. -@juanvegetarian

One cold winter night, five people, including adults and teenagers, stayed in the library after hours. They wanted to finish the assigned task, so they decided to work as a team to finish faster. When they finished they checked the clock, they still had time.... they decided to read the "tenebrous fables", so called by the students. -@katleya

Johnny was always interested in knowing what was going on in the minds of the people they visited, how they served and cooked meals, or what they sold in local shops. But Diana was different. She wanted to enjoy the local life by mixing with local people, eating with them, playing their games, and even going to local clubs to dance with them. -@sunnyag

Maria was on her way home, it was just after midnight. She was advised to spend the night in the on-call room but she chose otherwise. "My house is just across the river" she reassured herself. She was called around 10pm to help with a patient. She didn't know she would stay this late. -@b0s

After the trade was over, she would carry her big brown clay pot on her head, all by herself up to the mountains, never to be seen again till the next market day. So I decided to follow her to the mountains the next time I see her. I made arrangements. I was curious to know how she makes this delicious Chicken soup, where she lives. Does she live alone? -@ubani1

Failed Test

Pencils rattled as they rubbed against the paper, the teacher was in front of all of us watching to see if we copied. Looking to the side meant the end of our exams. A test I hadn't studied for, I only knew it was Trigonometry. I hated mathematics and its numbers, that's all I could think of as my hands sweated trying to find the answers to the questions on the paper. -@ricardo993
