Pretty much on point as usual.
Regarding the screaming sounds, I suspect they're just what they sound like: loud screams being broadcast with powerful speakers from aircraft (helicopters) to unsettle people. This is a known tactic of police and military forces seeking to destabilize populations or forces they seek to defeat.
