Saludos queridos hivers, en especial los pertenecientes a esta comunidad venezolana a la cual me siento feliz de pertenecer para poder traer un poco de nuestras raíces y compartir con el resto de los usuarios esa parte que nos identifica como venezolanos. Cabe resaltar que es la primera vez que vengo a escribir en este maravilloso espacio y que mejor que hacerlo en la época más hermosa del año como lo es la Navidad, esto gracias a @c-venezuela quien ha generado la iniciativa, "Lo que me gusta de la navidad", así que les cuento sobre este tema y mis gustos en cuanto a ello.
Greetings dear hivers, especially those belonging to this Venezuelan community to which I am happy to belong to bring a little of our roots and share with the rest of the users that part that identifies us as Venezuelans. It should be noted that this is the first time I come to write in this wonderful space and what better to do it in the most beautiful time of the year as it is Christmas, this thanks to @c-venezuela who has generated the initiative, "What I like about Christmas", so I tell you about this topic and my tastes about it.
¿Cuál es la tradición venezolana de Navidad que más te gusta?/What is your favorite Venezuelan Christmas tradition?
Si me permitieran, pues, yo elegiría todas las tradiciones navideñas, porque realmente todas son especiales, además de hermosas y con ese toque mágico que se le da en cada rincón de nuestros hogares, en las ciudades, en los centros comerciales; en fin, todo el amor y empeño que se coloca en cada cosa que hacemos en estas festividades que tan esperadas.
If I may, I would choose all the Christmas traditions, because they are all really special, besides being beautiful and with that magical touch that is given in every corner of our homes, in the cities, in the malls; in short, all the love and effort that is placed in everything we do in these long awaited festivities.
Existen muchas maneras de celebrar el Espíritu la Navidad el cual se festeja cada 21 de diciembre, en mi familia tenemos por costumbre que ese día nos reunimos todos para elaborar las hallacas que comeremos en la cena del 24 y el 31, para ello; nos damos cita en una casa diferente cada año y todos participamos en esta preparación.
There are many ways to celebrate the Spirit of Christmas which is celebrated every December 21, in my family we have the custom that day we all get together to prepare the hallacas that we will eat at dinner on the 24th and 31st, for this, we meet in a different house each year and we all participate in this preparation.
Los más pequeños siempre han sido los encargados de limpiar y cortar las hojas debido a que este es un trabajo fácil que no requiere estar cerca de la cocina, mientras que los adultos nos encargamos del resto, contando con que mi hermana mayor es quien prepara el guiso, otra de mis hermanas y yo armamos y la otra va amarrando y los hombres se encargan de la cocción de estas.
The younger ones have always been in charge of cleaning and cutting the leaves because this is an easy job that does not require being near the kitchen, while the adults take care of the rest, counting on my older sister to prepare the stew, another of my sisters and I assemble it and the other one is tying it and the men are in charge of cooking it.
Mientras realizamos todo ese trabajo, animamos el compartir con tragos, pasapalos, risas y por supuesto el baile. Todo ello nos reune como la familia que somos, mostrado nuestros sentimientos los unos a los otros y aunque ya algunos de nuestros seres queridos, no están por el hecho de que han tenido que salir del país por diversas razones y otras que lamentablemente se han marchado definitivamente a otro plano, pero que de igual manera están presentes en nuestros pensamientos y corazones.
While we do all this work, we encourage sharing with drinks, snacks, laughter and of course dancing. All this brings us together as the family that we are, showing our feelings to each other and although some of our loved ones are no longer with us because they have had to leave the country for various reasons and others who unfortunately have left for good to another plane, but they are still present in our thoughts and hearts.
Cuéntanos cómo celebran la Navidad en tu familia/Tell us how you celebrate Christmas in your family.
Nada mejor que pasar la Navidad en compañía de la familia y los amigos más cercanos, porque siempre hay espacio para esas personas especiales que no llevan nuestra sangre, pero que de una u otra forma forman parte de la familia, así que en nuestro hogar desde siempre nuestros padres sembraron en mis hermanos y en mí, el valor de la unión, el amor y la hermandad, por ello desde niña recuerdo que cada Navidad nos reuníamos todos en casa, la mesa repleta de comida y bebidas, mi papá siempre era quien le ponía ánimo a la reunión, ya que mi madre era más sentimental en esas fechas, pero horas después papá lograba sacarla de ese estado de tristeza.
Nothing better than spending Christmas in the company of family and close friends, because there is always room for those special people who do not carry our blood, but in one way or another are part of the family, so in our home since always our parents sowed in my brothers and me, That is why since I was a child I remember that every Christmas we would all get together at home, the table was full of food and drinks, my father was always the one who would cheer up the gathering, since my mother was more sentimental on those dates, but hours later my father would manage to get her out of that state of sadness.
Actualmente, mis padres no están físicamente con nosotros, pero dejaron un legado muy importante al cual le hemos dado continuidad y cada año nos reunimos mis hermanas, son sus respectivas familias y yo para festejar la Navidad. Cada 24 realizamos una cena en honor al nacimiento del Niño Dios y así darle la bienvenida y permitir que entre en cada uno de nuestros corazones para albergue, trayendo consigo mucho amor, unión, paz y todo lo bueno que Él tenga para cada miembro de la familia.
Currently, my parents are not physically with us, but they left a very important legacy to which we have given continuity and every year my sisters, their respective families and I get together to celebrate Christmas. Every 24th we make a dinner in honor of the birth of the Child God and thus welcome Him and allow Him to enter each of our hearts for shelter, bringing with Him much love, union, peace and all the good that He has for each member of the family.
Antes de la cena realizamos un brindis recordando a quienes ya no están con nosotros y dando Gracias por los alimentos y por el hecho de poder estar reunidos en familia, posteriormente cenamos y luego continuamos nuestro compartir con tragos, conversaciones, recordamos momentos del pasado, anécdotas y bailamos.
Before dinner we made a toast remembering those who are no longer with us and giving thanks for the food and for the fact of being able to be together as a family, then we had dinner and continued our sharing with drinks, conversations, remembering moments of the past, anecdotes and dancing.
¿Cuál es tu deseo está Navidad para Hive?/What is your Christmas wish for Hive?
Lo mejor que puedo desear para #hive es la continuidad en todos los aspectos, que permanezca consolidada, que reine la unión, el respeto, la equidad, la solidaridad, tolerancia, empatía y todos esos valores que hacen que las personas sientan que son valoradas con igualdad porque eso es lo que se quiere en esta plataforma y por esa razón ha permanecido en cada rincón del mundo, gracias a cada uno de nosotros quienes hemos puesto nuestro grano de arena para que ello se dé; de igual manera, deseo que el próximo año 2023 sea de éxitos y bendiciones para esta nuestra colmena, también para cada uno de los usuarios que conforman esta gran familia, esperando, pues que continúe el crecimiento de la plataforma y el valor de la moneda sea óptimo para que siga llenando de bendiciones a todos los que diariamente venimos con amor, constancia y dedicación a traer material de calidad para compartir en las diferentes comunidades.
