I tend to go with female avatars given they seem evil and not generic girly bullshit. I think I also prefer blue as red is similar to why I don't like to play melee due to the inherent aggressiveness required for it. I will also avoid characters that I feel are more likely to be chosen by others. Mainly I prefer building things and some strategy games like R.U.S.E or Civ and I only play Minecraft now because I really have no need for anything else to piss me off. I like being able to be gone for long periods and go back and just build or mine and get shit done with no need to care about progression.
This might also be why I have never felt the need to own a car and think marriage is pointless lol
I tend to be drawn to robots and non-human avatars.
I also strongly prefer single player strategy/puzzle games like portal, bioshock, and defense-grid.
Almost paradoxically, I prefer to play these games with an audience of friends and trade off each stage with other players.
I play a lot of defense-grid.
And I always choose RED whenever I have the option.
