Today’s verse reminds us that we are responsible for what comes out of our mouths. As well as we should consider the impact that our words have on others.
When we combine this with the commandments that Christ left us, we need to consider the influences that the world had on our thoughts, actions and words.
It’s all too common to hear people praised for smart comment, snide comments, and sarcastic words.
Let us guard our mouth and tongue. Let’s make the world know that followers of Christ act and behave like Him.
