Well, if they are not, they soon will be. I'm imagining the interview process to include signing up for Hive account (perhaps even a new one, with a name relevant to the project, even if already having one), subscribing New Age DApps community and the Community Consensus and Voting community which is in progress.
Also to open an element.io secure messenger account
and a secure e-mail account, CTemplar or protonmail perhaps.
Then to communicate with me using these methods. This will show me at least to some extent if the applicants are technically savvy enough and willing enough to do this stuff before being considered for a position.
