Имало едно време човек, който искал да се научи да медитира.
Така че тръгнал за Хималаите, където намерил един йогин навътре в гората и му казал:
О, велики йогине, знам, че ние не сме тялото, ние сме душата, ние не сме човешки същества, които имат духовно изживяване, ние сме духовни същества, които имат човешко изживяване….
Once there was a person who wanted to learn meditation.
He went to the Himalayas and found a sage and said to him:
O great sage, I know that we are not the body we are the soul, we are not human beings having a spiritual experience we are spiritual beings having a human experience…
И така той продължил да говори още половин час и след това заключил: можеш ли да ме научиш как да медитирам?
Тогава йогина, без да каже нищо, взел една кана с мляко и започнал да я налива в чаша.
Чашата се напълнила, но йогина продължавал да налива докато млякото започнало да се разлива върху масата и да тече по пода...
And he went on speaking for 15 minutes and then concluded: can you please teach me how to meditate?
Then the stage without saying anything got a jug full of milk and started pouring it into a cup.
The cup was full but the Sage continued to pour more and more...
Тогава човекът, който наблюдавал тази особена ситуация, най-накрая не се сдържал и избухнал:
Абе човек какво правиш не виждаш ли че чашата вече е пълна а ти продължаваш да разливаш млякото.
Тогава йогина го погледнал и казал:
The milk started spilling onto the table and down to the ground
Then the man who was observing this peculiar situation could not contain himself and exclaimed:
What are you doing don't you see that the cup is already full and you are spilling the milk all over.
Then the siege looked at him and said:
Твоят ум в момента е в същата ситуация.
Толкова е пълен с предубеждения че не му е останало никакво място за да приеме повече каквито и да било напътствия.
Така че е безполезно да се опитваш да помогнеш на онези, които искат само да слушат само своето ехо.
Likewise your mind is so full of conceived notions (предубеждения), that there is no space for receiving any guidance from others.
So when somebody comes to you with this attitude and you are saying one thing and they respond with six others you must stop explaining to them immediately.
Because it is futile to provide to those who only wish to hear echoes.
Ето един съвет ако ти наистина искаш да научиш великите духовни познания и да разбереш какво е истинското щастие и как можеш да го намериш, бъди както обичаше да казва великият духовен учител Уейн Дайър: бъди отворен към всичко и непривързван към нищо.
