Introducing myself to Skatehive community

Hello Skatehive and Hive community. My name is Dimitris Skiadaresis and I'm a 34 years old skateboarder and photographer/videographer from Greece.

I started skateboarding in 2002 and the love for moving and static image came from the need of filming tricks while working on new video parts and projects for over 15 years as a skateboarder.

In 2020, I graduated a Film School and I'm currently studying photography.

Through my account, I'll share with you skate videos featuring me and my friends as well as coloured and B&W photography. Here's a sample of my photography work.

About my videography journey, one of my favourite projects is "Reorganization" filmed mostly at Lefkada abandoned American Base and in other spots around Greece. This video features Alex Ropis, Dionisis Feredinos and me (last part).

Great photos and videos mate! As someone who never learnt to skate and is too fat to learn now I a wee bit jealous of fantastic skateboarders. It feels so free, so dynamic. To be able to capture that moment and feeling into a camera is a true skill. Great work!
