I would recommend to post through 3speak, no direct HIVE post anymore. Posts through 3Speak will all end up on the HIVE chain and are visibile in the general purpose UI's, like hive.blog, peakd, ecency and so on. In 3speak you can select the community you want to post into as well. If you like to make a link to your YouTube post, I would do that in the description section when using 3Speak, this is the textualy part of a 3Speak post. Keep in mind, video posted to 3Speak cannot be hidden from others, and cannot be taken offline. That said, the 3speak guys like good content, so you may get some of their votes increasing the rewards you get :)
