A couple weeks ago I was at Istanbul for holidays, and of course I couldn't resist taking one day off our sightseeing schedule to skate and connect with the local skate scene!
We skated two spots, Besiktas square and İnönü Square, and both of them were just perfect! Marble flatground, ledges all around and so much tricks to try if you're thinking outside of the box!
We skated a lot but didn't film much, catched up with the locals who I haven't seen since my last visit in 2021 and enjoyed a few cheap cold ones during the sesh! Couldn't ask for more hehe!

I was actually filming the Noseslide Nollie Heel out line for my new video part but I couldn't land a clean one, so I decided to just use it in my Skatehive edit hehe!

Very nice! How is your luck with airlines? I have been able to fly domestically with no issue bringing a board as carry on. Curious how others fair in different countries !
And keep an eye out, I am going to post a video of my very first session on the new board. Still have more pump track clips to dump as well, my skating feels so casual compared to you mothaflippers.
Can't take my board as carry on in Europe, so I'm putting it in the suitcase I'm checking in.

Very nice, good call on the luggage. So you just pack a skate tool and you're ready to go once you get to your destination :D
How do you get such good footage? I was leaning my phone against a curb and failing that way hahaha. Definitely stoked to just even powerslide on this, the new wheels feel incredible too
I'm using a $30 tripod to film, and then I have an iphone which makes the footage look just perfect! Invest in a tripod, it will save you plenty of time and bad angles hehe!
fk yeah keep it simple! I will definitely be working on improving my film game too! Something to just set and forget seems ideal
