@knowhow92 thanks bro. I never had that front crook before, I mean, I learned how to put it on a ledge before but I just fall when it's time to exit the ledge. I was watching some trick tips on a different trick and YT suggested a video of front crooks, the guy name was Jamie Foy and he have his front foot placement different from the other videos I have seen. so I tried it and it his method worked for me.
