Greetings!

While I am testing my nature deck on the Daily Play & Earn I was matched up with a player using a Magic deck that seems to be playing the game a little longer than me. I used my Nature deck with confidence and with little expectations in this daily play & earn. My mindset going into this daily play & earn is that even if I lose I will get to know more about my Nature deck than playing it solo.

One thing I noticed about the composition of the Nature deck that I am using is that it is a "slow starter". But once it got momentum it can turn a match around just like what it did in this match. In this match, it is apparent at the beginning that I am going to lose the match. But since I am only testing my Nature deck and I only want to see its full potential I just continued playing until my god's life reaches to zero.

The Match

The God Power I used in this match is "Selena's Mark". This match took more than twenty minutes since I have to read first the text of my cards before playing them. I am going first. My starting hand is consisting of Revivification, The Nemean Lion, and Arkmonian Anteater. The first card I drew is Barksworn Ranger, a hidden card. I first play Arkmonian Anteater.

When I saw what kind of card my opponent played on the first turn, I was like... "holy shit! I am going to lose a match again..." but I just went on with the match to see how my Nature deck would perform against a much better deck or I should say "a more well-built deck" than mine since my opponent's cards are almost "Shadow", an indication that it is a well-thought deck.

On my second turn, I played "Guerilla Training" which gives a creature +1/1 at the end of each turn" while the creature is still at the board or until it dies. On my second turn, I drew Bladefly which I played immediately. As the game went on my opponent managed to control the board by playing two frontline cards on one turn.

Five minutes into the game my god's life is now down to 19 while my opponent is still 30. At this moment I got Nemean Lion in my hand and I am waiting for the perfect moment to play it. Almost halfway to the game, my opponent managed to play two frontline cards in an attempt to control the board. In response, I gambled in playing Nemean Lion.

In response, my opponent builds a wall of three frontline cards, a hurdle that seems to be insurmountable. But luckily I was able to kill two of the three cards and keep four cards on my board together with Nemean Lion. A hope of victory seems got out of reach when my opponent played a 4/8 frontline card with "Armor 1".

After my opponent played a 4/8 frontline card with Armor 1 the life of my god is down to 11, indeed, the hope of victory seems to be very far out of reach. But I was lucky to have two Tainted Treant on my hand which keeps a stream of cards arriving to my hand on each turn, Which I guess made the difference because my opponent at this moment is running out of cards.

Then my opponent managed to clear my board but luckily I got a 3/7, regen, confused, and frontline card on hand. I again play Tainted Treant at this moment, thus giving me a supply of cards on each turn. At this moment, my opponent has run out of cards on hand, I realized that at this moment I could turn the match around since I got four cards in my hand.

I also got lucky cause I drew Wildfire which helps me weaken all my opponent's cards on the board thus helping me clear my opponent's board. It is at this moment that I finally managed to slowly take away the life of my opponent's god life. Exactly twenty minutes into the game I managed to bring my opponent's god's life to 3, yes, 3, from 30 to three in just two turns.

At about 20 minutes and 49 seconds to the match, my opponent has disconnected, thus giving me a hard-earned comeback victory.
