The next legendary spell after the God spells from Genesis, the namesake of the set, Divine Order.
This is my custom card for @kephler's Gods Unchained Custom Card Contest #MyGodsUnchainedCustomCard.
Light has no board wipes aside from Lips are Sealed at 5 mana which only gives order +5 to creatures with 4 or more strength, and Lysander's Mercy at 7 mana which shuffles all creatures to the bottom of their controllers deck, so there are few options for Light to deal with a wide board.
This legendary spell that will turns the tide of battle for Light. Sticking with Light's flavour of not (usually) destroying creatures, Divine Order gives order +4 to all creatures so your opponent's creatures can't attack and your creatures are protected from attacks for 2 turns. Giving order to all creatures prevents it from being abused in Zoo light by freezing your own creatures too. Being a legendary spell means that you can only play 1 copy in your deck, and there are no ways to keeping reusing it with Radiant Embalmer since it has soulless, so you will need to save it for dire situations.
This card is perfect for Control Light to stall for 2 turns to be able to play Lysander's Mercy or Demogorgon.
Or to set up for a big Archpriest of Parthene in Order Light.
