If I recall correctly, when we first met all those years ago, you had a local podcast. I think it's a good idea to have a hyperlocal content for locals, former locals, and potential visitors. In your case, the Winter Texans/Snow Birds are a nsemi-local audience who might like to hear more about what's going on while they're back in the Northern part of the country.
